My Profiles

The My Requests Profiles page allows users to preselect people or groups to which forms will be assigned in the future.

To profile an assignee:

  1. Select a specific request type from the Select a form drop-down menu
  2. Select UT EID or Group
  3. Type in or search for the UT EID of the assignee, or type in or search for the group name
  4. Click the Add to Profile button

To make the UT EID or group the default assignee, select Make Default before clicking the Add to Profile button. Making an individual or group the default means that forms will be assigned by default to the person or group selected.

To select a different assignee or group as the default assignee, under the ID column, find the person or group and under the Default Profile column, click the Make Default button. The page automatically refreshes and displays the updated information.

To remove an assignee or group from the default list, under the ID column, find the person or group and in the Delete column, click the X button. The page automatically refreshes and displays the updated information.
