Additional Features

The EOM has additional tools and features that will help you navigate through and use the application.

Field-level Help

Field-level help and additional details are available anywhere you see the help icon help icon.

Look-up Tool

The look-up tool is available for fields wherever you see the look-up icon look-up tool. Clicking the icon will open a pop-up search window. Selecting the item you need from the search results will close the pop-up window and automatically populate the field.

Tools

Change Authorization Profile allows you to view or change your current desk and authorization view. Electronic Document Inbox will take you to your electronic inbox.

Contact

Report an Error should only be used to contact the technical team to report any technical or functional errors with the system. Make sure to provide the actions you were taking and any error messages displayed when you encountered the problem.

Your Offices

The Your Offices field appears in the upper right-hand corner when you are viewing an office. It allows you to quickly go between any electronic offices that you are an office manager or delegate for. If you do not manage any offices, no options will appear.
