UT Department System: Navigation Help
Navigation features for the UT Department System pages:
- Helpful links:
- Department code - On a form, if this text appears as a link next to a text box, then clicking the link displays a keyword search. Clicking a department in the list returns you to the originating page and enters the department code automatically in the text box. In the department listing pages, if you click on the department code, it opens the department information page for that department.
- Document ID - A document ID link (a sequence of letters and numbers) takes you to the document by that name. Anyone with an updgraded UT EID can view the UT Department System Home page and the Department Information pages for all departments.
- Search an alphabetical department list - The link displays a list of departments and sub-departments in the department system. The department code displays as a link to the information for that department. The "Other information" column provides a link to the department's Web site, if one is available.
- Search by department type - The link provides a search option by department type such as, academic, auxiliary, community outreach, etc.
